What we collect
Clients: name, email address, and optionally telephone number and postcode. Installers: company name, contact name, email address, telephone number, business address, postcode, and optionally company registration number and website. We also record account status, the date your account was created and the date you last signed in.
Why we use it
To operate your account, publish verified installer listings, connect clients with specialists, verify certification and insurance with issuing bodies, and keep the directory secure.
Who can see it
You can see and edit your own account details. FireCred administrators can access account records to run verification and support. Installer listing information is shown publicly in the directory. Client contact details are shared only with installers you contact or who respond to a job you post.
Keeping data safe
Passwords are stored in a hashed form and never visible to us. Account records are protected by access rules that restrict each person to their own data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Contact the FireCred team using the details on our website.
