These terms apply to everyone using the FireCred directory and to account holders.
Using FireCred
FireCred lists fire door installers, inspectors and maintenance providers so building owners and responsible persons can find specialists with checked credentials. Listings are provided for information; the contract for any work is between you and the specialist you appoint.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the details in your account. Installers must keep certification, insurance and contact information current. We may suspend an account where information is found to be inaccurate or where certification has lapsed.
Verification
Verification badges reflect the checks completed at the time shown. They are not a guarantee of workmanship and do not replace your own due diligence or duties under fire safety legislation.
Content
Do not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content, and do not use the directory to send unsolicited marketing. We may remove content and close accounts that breach these terms.
